My work is informed by person-centered therapy to support you in developing clarity, strengthening intrinsic motivation, and creating change that feels sustainable. In our work together, I focus on helping you make sense of your inner dialogue which may at times feel overwhelming, confusing, or stuck in a loop.
Having worked in the mental health field for more than 6 years, I have a particular focus on working with individuals experiencing suicidal ideation, eating disorders, and relationship concerns.
In a world of isolation, disconnection, and complexity, I hope to bring out your inner self- confidence that feels steady, realistic, and grounded. Together, we work to reduce immediate distress, better understand what is contributing to these struggles, and identify meaningful steps toward stability and change. I will be honored to be part of your journey.
