Faith and Life Transitions, Betrayal Trauma, Depression

Teens, Young Adults, Women, Men

Have you ever been surrounded by people yet felt utterly alone? You put on a happy face for the world, but inside, you’re crumbling. Anxiety and depression can be deeply isolating, but you don’t have to carry that burden alone. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can be seen, heard, valued and no longer invisible.

I believe the strength you need is already within you. My role is to walk alongside you as you move toward hope and healing. Life is messy and none of us are perfect. Too often, our harshest critic is ourselves. Together, we can challenge those patterns of self-criticism and begin creating healthier ways of thinking and living.

I specialize in helping people navigate life’s transitions. Whether it’s moving from high school into adulthood, new relationships, starting a family, children leaving home, loss of employment, faith challenges, betrayal, adjusting to disability, divorce, aging, and grief. My personal journey, growing up in a family impacted by mental illness and experiencing betrayal, has given me deep compassion for others who feel stuck in dark or difficult seasons.

There is hope. Healing is possible. And I would be honored to walk with you on your path toward wellness.
