The Junior Admin Crew

Luke and Landry are the powerhouse team behind our Junior Admin Crew. They take their roles very seriously which is why the office is always sparkling, the shredder is always humming, and every folder is placed exactly where they swear it belongs.

They tackle filing, cleaning, and organizing with the perfect mix of confidence and delightful chaos. If something goes missing, they probably filed it “somewhere safe.” If something gets shredded, they are positive it was supposed to be. And if you hear loud laughter from down the hall, it is probably because one of them just promoted themselves to Employee of the Month again.

Luke brings smooth dance moves to every task, whether it is sweeping the floor or tracking down runaway papers. Landry brings cartwheels, backbends, and full gymnastics energy to the job, sometimes flipping her way through the office like it is totally normal.

Together, they keep our office running better than we want to admit. They bring joy, noise, and the best kind of kid personality to A Way Back Counseling. We adore them, our clients adore them, and honestly, the office would fall apart without their tiny but mighty management team.
