Everyone 12+, Couples, Families

I believe every person has the ability to heal, grow, and build meaningful relationships, even during life's most difficult seasons. For more than 30 years, I've had the privilege of helping individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship conflict, parenting challenges, blended family issues, and major life transitions.

I've worked extensively with couples rebuilding trust after infidelity, individuals recovering from addiction, parents strengthening relationships with their children, blended and complex families, and those healing from high control religious or cultural environments and reentering society after incarceration.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence based, trauma informed care. I tailor therapy to each person's unique needs, helping clients develop practical tools, strengthen communication, restore hope, and create lasting change in their lives and relationships.
