You don’t have to face your struggles alone. Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, or past traumas get in the way of feeling connected, grounded, and at peace. I provide a compassionate, patient, and understanding space where you can slow down, explore your emotions, and begin to heal at your own pace.

My approach blends somatic techniques with creative and artistic expression. This means we work not only with thoughts and words but also with the emotions your body holds. Through movement, art, and mindfulness, you can access deeper parts of yourself, calm your nervous system, and find balance. Many clients discover new ways to process emotions when words alone aren’t enough.

I am passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, and those struggling with attachment issues or personality disorders. I also work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma. Whether you’re feeling stuck in painful patterns, searching for a stronger sense of connection, or trying to understand yourself more fully, I will walk alongside you with curiosity, kindness, and respect.

In our work together, we will focus on building insight, learning coping skills, and exploring new ways of relating to yourself and others. My goal is to support you in reconnecting with your strengths, honoring your unique story, and moving toward a more balanced and authentic life.
