Trauma, ADHD, Attachment Issues

All Ages 5+, Families

You do not have to face your struggles alone. Life can feel overwhelming when trauma, attachment wounds, ADHD challenges, or emotional stress make it difficult to feel connected, grounded, and at peace. I offer a compassionate and steady space where you can slow down, understand your feelings, and begin to heal at a pace that feels safe.

I work with children, teens, and adults, and I have a special passion for supporting LGBTQIA+ clients. My approach blends trauma informed care with art therapy and somatic awareness. This means we work not only with thoughts and words but also with the emotions your body carries and the creative expressions that help bring them forward. Through art, movement, and mindfulness, you can access deeper parts of yourself, calm your nervous system, and find clarity. Many clients, especially younger ones, discover new pathways to healing when words alone are not enough.

I support clients who are navigating trauma, attachment challenges, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you or your child feel stuck in old patterns, disconnected from yourself or others, or unsure how to move forward, I will be there with patience, curiosity, and genuine care.

Together, we will build insight, strengthen coping skills, and explore healthier ways of relating to yourself and the people in your life. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, understand your story with compassion, and move toward a more grounded, confident, and authentic way of living.
