Life can feel heavy when you are carrying more than you know how to hold. Maybe your family feels disconnected. Maybe your relationship feels stuck. Maybe your teen is struggling and you are doing everything you can to help but still feel unsure what they need most. Or maybe you are quietly dealing with anxiety, depression, or feeling overwhelmed by expectations you cannot seem to escape.
You do not have to navigate any of this alone.
I work with individuals, couples, families, and teens who are trying to make sense of hard seasons and find their way forward. Whether you are facing relationship challenges, parenting stress, emotional struggles, or simply feeling lost, therapy can be a place where hope begins again.
I have spent the last nine years working in mental health, including extensive experience supporting teens in residential treatment. Walking alongside young people during some of the hardest moments of their lives has deeply shaped the kind of therapist I am today. I believe in creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and encouraged, not judged or rushed.
I bring a thoughtful, compassionate approach to each session. I work from a systemic lens, looking not just at the individual but at the relationships, patterns, and environments that shape their experience. I often support clients working through ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, pornography use, and family conflict.
My style is kind, grounded, and collaborative. I use a blend of Narrative Therapy, Integrated Behavioral Couples Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help clients move through pain, build healthier connections, and reconnect with their strengths. I believe people already carry so much resilience inside them, sometimes they just need someone to help them see it again.
If you or your family are ready for support, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
