Adoption, grief, trauma, or a major life change can turn your world upside down. If you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite like yourself anymore, you aren’t alone.

As a teacher, I spent over 20 years working with kids and families before becoming a therapist, and I have seen how much people carry quietly. Real healing starts when you feel safe enough to be yourself without being judged. That is the space I work to create.

I don’t believe in forcing you into a certain way of doing therapy. I get to know you first. Then we figure out what helps. Sometimes that means talking things through, learning tools to manage anxiety and overwhelming emotions or slowing down and noticing patterns that have been there for a long time. We go at your pace.

You don’t have to have the right words or a perfect place to start. Just showing up is enough. I will meet you there.
