When life doesn't look the way you expected, it's easy to start questioning yourself. Maybe anxiety is holding you back, a disability has made everyday life more challenging, or you're facing a change you aren't sure how to handle. Whatever you're going through, I don't believe your circumstances have to define what you're capable of.

Before becoming a mental health counselor, I spent years in vocational rehabilitation, working with people who had been told what they couldn't do. One of the most rewarding parts of that work was helping them discover what they could do. That experience has shaped how I approach therapy. I don't just want to help you get through difficult situations. I want to help you recognize your strengths and feel more confident in your ability to handle whatever comes next.

I'm an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and I'm fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). I take a practical, straightforward approach to counseling. We'll talk about what's really going on, figure out what's getting in your way, and work toward changes that actually make a difference in your everyday life.

I believe good counseling is about more than having someone listen. It's about having someone in your corner who sees your potential, even when you're having a hard time seeing it yourself.
